The Year of the Rat already sucks

as we speak, my car is sitting on top of a snowbank outside my driveway. it's stuck in the snowbank. My wonderful neighbours came out and helped me push my car out of the centre of the road so now it's only partially blocking the street.

I should have had the foresight to shovel not just my driveway but also my street as well. Thanks Toronto for implementing your new strategy to promote efficient snow removal. Not plowing small streets is a very effective strategy. It deters people like me from going to school until there’s a snowmelt. I hope you save enough money to increase the number of buses on Cummer because it’s kind of not fun having 3 buses passing by and not stopping because they were at capacity.
